After an initial phone call and an e-mail, I posted my two cashmere jumpers, one medium knit and the other finer, on Saturday 29th August and arrived about 10th September, so a two-week turnaround. I was told finer cashmere is very tricky to repair and the end results can vary from garment to garment, but I decided to go for it and was super happy I did.
To be honest I had no idea how my garments would look but I was super happy. The service was simple, professional and within two weeks my garments were returned looking brand new packed in tissue, sealed clear sealed wrapped in a sealed box with cedarwood.
