Moroccan Rose candle and Lavender & Chamomile Bath Silk. These two products work in harmony together – not only are they both calming and restorative, but the Moroccan Rose has a sensuality that adds a hint of indulgence to the bed-time routine! They also smell great when used together – the Moroccan Rose is deep and dusky, whereas the Lavender/Chamomile is cool and light. They offset and complement one another quite beautifully.
This balancing blend has been a favourite amongst stressed city folk for years! Pure essential oils of Lavender and Roman Chamomile to soothe, relax and promote peaceful, refreshing sleep.
Lavender & chamomile were brought to our shores by the Romans & have been valued since ancient times for their calming, soothing, anti-depressant properties. Use as a pillow spray or room ambiance, or as a daytime cologne, to help overcome the stresses of modern living. Also available as a bath oil and candle.

A warm, sensuous fragrance created especially for Angela’s daughter, Kate. A dusky floral oriental, evoking all the sensuality of the Moroccan rose absolute at its heart. Complemented by rose geranium, ambrette seed and musk, resting upon a rich base of sandalwood, patchouli & balsam of tolu. Rose has been valued for centuries for its healing, soothing aroma-therapeutic powers, making it an ideal night-time room ambience.
Our legendary candles are of exceptionally high quality and longevity. They contain a minimum of 20% fragrance, ensuring their scent permeates and lingers long after the flame has been extinguished. Each one is carefully blended and hand poured, fragranced all the way through and will burn right down to the bottom of the glass. Estimated minimum burning time is 40 hours of delicious fragrance.

With a background in costume design, perfumer Angela Flanders opened her Columbia Road perfumery in 1985, and has since quietly dedicated herself to the art of perfumery over the past 25 years, creating over 30 exclusive and original perfumes.
Flanders won Best New Independent Perfume at the 2012 Fifi Awards for her fragrance Precious One, which she created for her daughter Kate’s Spitalfields boutique, Precious.
In September 2012 Flanders opened her second perfumery at 4 Artillery Passage, Spitalfields E1. The new shop houses the full Angela Flanders range, as well as her home fragrances, skincare and therapeutics. All of the perfumes can be made to the customer’s chosen strengths and also in an alcohol free base.
Her original perfumery and studio at 96 Columbia Road is nestled in the heart of the famous flower market and is open on Sundays only, 10am – 3.30pm.
