Thought for the day – I lay in the pool looking at ceiling thinking this is the best, wowww it felt like I was in a James Bond movie, black heated floors and a swimming pool lined with stainless steel, light reflecting everywhere my stress levels went down 5 notches.
Post Spa – Sat in their restaurant, gazed into the postmodern fire, ate a light and healthy bowl of spinach soup and carrot cake. The waitress had a wonderful smile, not hassled, stressed or wondering what she was doing. These touches are vital when delivering the best.

Detoxifying Body Cleanse 120 mins
A full body treatment providing an intense detox and vitality boost, designed for those who live a fast-paced lifestyle, over-indulge too often, feel lethargic or have a sluggish digestive system. Includes: Mustard foot soak – full body algae wrap – warm detoxifying herbal poultices – colon massage – G5 mechanical massage – lymphatic massage – scalp massage.
Both treatments were set in their holistically inspired round treatments pods. You enter, take a seat as the therapist explains the treatment and conducts scent tests. The facial used their unique light therapy whilst the detoxing scrubs for the body cleanse used nature to defy age. As you would expect the comfort levels were very high and I left feeling supremely chilled and looking I feel a tad better than when I entered !

Signature foot treatment for men, enjoying all the benefits of the Maintenance Pedicure (toe-nails are tidied, cuticles are treated and hard skin is removed with a sea salt and oil exfoliation), with the addition of a deep-conditioning treatment. Feet are massaged with an intensive moisturiser and then put in heated boots. The gradual, relaxing warmth of the boots encourages the penetration of the moisturiser and helps to improve circulation. Nails are buffed to remove ridges, and feet are left looking good and feeling incredibly smooth.

- London Olympics – Windmill Nightclub hosts The Girly Show, 26 July
Gentlemans Butler: Luxury entertainment – The Windmill Club: The Girly show
To mark the London Olympics the Windmill nightclub will be hosting its very own “Pre-Opening Ceremony” On Thursday 26th July from 8pm in the evening.
The dancing stars of internationally famous music video “Call on Me” and Show Girls’ of ITV1’s “Red or Black” game show, will be warming up for the Olympics with a live neo burlesque show on the Windmills legendary stage.
The Girly Show Girls will be performing a “warm up” routine to tie in with the start of the London Games the following day. The Girly Show Girls are experienced, talented professional dancers who create stunning choreography whilst their gorgeous performances exude glamour and style.
The Windmill, a land mark venue in Soho, will pay tribute to London for hosting the Olympic Games with their own celebratory show. The Windmills “Pre-Opening Ceremony” will include live performances by the Girly Show Girls as well as the Windmills very own beautiful, international dancers.
